This workshop will give you the opportunity to bring your own sewing machine to the class and have some practise time. Maybe you have just bought a new sewing machine or you have not used your old one in a while, we will run through some basic hints and tips to get you up and running. Then you will create a small sewing project similar to those in the picture above

BIG FAT KNITTING

Fat Chunky Knitting Needles and lots of Wool

Wanted to knit but no good at reading the pattern and counting all those stiches. So oh yes once again created my own take on knitting. So we have my style Big Fat Knitting

that is a real easy craft to master and takes up limited space. You can even multi task watch the Tv and knit at the same time in the witner or in the summer you can sit in the garden under the tree and knit away.

Hope to see you soon at this workshop Karen

Canvas Crazy

Hand stitching on Canvas

Having started as a child stitching on Binca and Plastic Canvas then progressing to some tapestries. The next progression should have been perhaps cross stitch but I never realy gort to grips with that.. However some years later I am pleased to say I have picked up a needle and yarn once again.

So I wish to share with you my new creation of Canvas Crazy, this workshop is a great starting point for anyone wishing to try some hand stitching.
